What you get for your money

Prices cover professional styled stationary, great personal contact, careful packaging and delivery, and each necessary item comes with a high quality envelope.

 

Order requirements

There is no minimum order requirement.

 

Due to you order being handmade and exclusive to you,
50% of your total order will be taken as a deposit.
The full deposit must be received before the order is
started and balance is due upon completion.

  • Due to high demand we aim to complete orders within 8 weeks, but please let us know if you need them sooner and we will be pleased to advise.

  • However, if you require Save the Date cards or invitations earlier than this, please state at time of enquiry.

The patterned cardstock, though unlikely, may become unavailable. In this instance you will be notified via e-mail with samples of carefully selected alternative patterns.

 

Useful tips

Remember that you may be inviting 100 people but some may be in families so will only need one invitation, but do order spares just incase!

We would advise that you place your order 5-7 months before your wedding date.

 

Delivery

At Little Pink Apples we do our best to deliver your stationery to you in perfect condition however, in the event of damages please notify us within 5 days of receipt.

You will be notified of delivery price at time of order acceptance.

Table plans are subjects to an additional delivery charge stated on our price list.

 

Most orders will usually be sent in two stages, the first will include:

  • 1st Invitations, R.S.V.P. cards and Save the Date Cards.

  • 2nd Order of Service, Menus, Thank you cards etc.

Please note that delivery charges are per consignment.

Not necessarily per order.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations notified 12 weeks before agreed delivery date will forfeit the full deposit amount.

Cancellations 13-20 weeks before the agreed delivery date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

Cancellations over 20 weeks before the agreed delivery date will forfeit 25% of the deposit.

You must appreciate that your stationary is made specifically for you so therefore cannot be re-sold.
